The Technique

The SimulEYE Aphakia model provides an empty capsular bag with a pre-made 5.5 mm capsulotomy. It is ideal for implanting IOL's and working with CTR's and capsule hooks. Toric lenses can be implanted and rotated into correct alignment. IOLs can also be explanted through various techniques such as cutting or folding before removal.
