Insertion and Removal of the Malyugin Ring on SimulEYE Small Pupil

The Technique

The Small Pupil model was developed for use with the Malyugin Ring and has been used extensively by MST to train residents on the recommended techniques of insertion and removal of the device. Multiple other pupil expansion devices can also be utilized with this model until the surgeon finds their preferred device and technique. Practice now and be prepared in the OR when the time comes to manage a floppy iris.
