SimulEYE® KDB/TrabEx/TMH
This model is specifically designed to allow practice with the following MIGS devices: Kahook Dual Blade (KDB) from New World Medical, TrabEx from MicroSurgical Technologies (MST) and the Tanito Micro Hook (TMH) from Inami.
The eye provides a realistic trabecular meshwork which can be visualized with a gonio prism and viscoelastic and then removed with the KDB/TrabEx device. Multiple clock hours of the meshwork can be treated before the model is consumed.
Our MIGS models require the SimulEYE MIGS Kit 2.0 which provides a platform to support the eyes and also simulate the turned head position which is needed for visualization of the angle during MIGS surgical procedures.
We strongly recommend purchasing the following:
MIGS Kit 2.0 (see above)
Cohesive Viscoelastic Substitute to fill the eyes and provide a realistic intraocular environment or to create the sulcus and maintain space.
Please allow up to 5 business days for production (not including shipping time).
