SimulEYE® Hydrus (Full Cornea)
SimulEYE® is proud to offer the most comprehensive training models for the Alcon Hydrus MIGS device. Our line of 3 different models allows for progressive learning and practice with the device for optimal implantation and removal.
SimulEYE® HYDRUS (Full Cornea): For the most complete and realistic training, the SimulEYE Hydrus model provides a full cornea which requires incisions, filling the AC with viscoelastic and use of a gonioprism. Everything else is the same as the Open Sky model. Multiple implantations of the Hydrus device can be performed at any of the 12-clock hours before the eye is consumed. TheMIGS Kit 2.0 is required for support and proper positioning of the eye.
The MIGS Kit 2.0 is essential for supporting and positioning the eye. Please note that it is not included with the eye and must be purchased separately.
